Delta DDL back to Databricks

Import your estate, audit it, then generate coremodels_delta_tables.sql from the governed model: CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS ... USING DELTA statements with NOT NULL from checks, one informational PRIMARY KEY constraint per table, FOREIGN KEY ... REFERENCES from governed references, and taxonomy allowed values carried on column COMMENTs. Views are skipped with declared lossiness.
