Blank REDCap project
The whole schema estate is one CSV - govern it in one upload.
Create a project preconfigured for the REDCap connector: upload the data dictionary CSV (Project Setup download or the API metadata export), import it, and record the first audit. Instruments become governed Types, variables become Elements with real data types, choices become Taxonomies, required fields become NotNull checks, and Identifier (PHI) marks are inventoried.
